The class is held outdoors, in front of Thamesians RFC clubhouse.

The session is for 50 minutes and there is a break in between.

Please bring:
✔ water bottle
✔ (rain) jacket
✔ own (rugby) ball
✔ nut free snack

* If you don't like the rugby sessions after 4 weeks, you can get a refund for the remaining sessions.
